Our kitchen crew prepares everything from scratch, every day. We cut steaks and chops, fillet fish, make pasta, prepare stocks, sauces, soups, salad dressings, marinades, prepare vegetables and bake our own desserts.

Malt whisky tastings are a feature of Buchanan's Private Back Room, a 28 seat cosy, self contained bar.
